Sebright is a specialist residential block Management and estate management company based in Harrow with clients across London and the Home Counties. Our business has grown consistently since 2011. With 15 years of established experience, we now manage over 80 blocks of flats and several ground rent portfolios, providing senior-led oversight for every property in our care.
Our clients include Tenants Associations (RTA), Management Companies, Right to Manage Companies (RTM), Developers, and Freeholders.
We tailor our service to suit our clients and the needs of the building that they own. We aim to provide the very best Residential block management service to our client by using our knowledge, the latest property management technology, communication and transparency. Unlike other companies in our industry, we ensure that we make a minimum of monthly visits to the properties that we manage, contractors are supervised and repairs are undertaken efficiently. Contractors costs are constantly monitored to ensure that our clients are not being overcharged.
Sebright are full members of TPI (The Property Institute), the professional body for residential property managers. We are also members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme. We ensure that our staff are educated through TPI and we all continue our professional development on a weekly basis through TPI and other experts in the property management field.
