This provides a seamless and transparent service to our clients and puts them in control, enabling them to easily manage their service charge account from the comfort of their own home.
It also provides transparency for the Freeholder or Management Company who are able to log in and access an overview of the block, any ongoing maintenance issues and the financial outlook.
